Open Letter to Our Customers
During late 2007 and early 2008 a number of issues have been giving the staff of Bound & Delivered some problems. There have
been a death in our family; medical isssues and computer malfunctions which have had an adverse effect on our ability to serve our
customers in the manner we would have liked.
Of course, our problems are our own. You pay your money and you expect service. The above is less an excuse, but an
explanation. It doesn't justify any errors or omissions we may have had/made. You deserve the best service. Period.
I sit writing this in the second week of February, 2008. Our goal is to rededicate ourselves to excellent customer service.
So
if you have been a recent customer and have any issues, please
write us and give us a chance to make things right. I have lost recent correspondence due
to problems with email running in Vista (My Vista advice - whatever you do, make sure they install Window XP on your new PC - or buy a
MAC!!!). For that reason, even if you have written us in the past, please do so again.
If you are a new customer, please give us a try. Recent events notwithstanding we pride ourselves on customer service and will
get your order out in a timely manner and resolve any problems you may have.
