Big Changes to Bound and Delivered

Beginning September, 2011 Bound & Delivered will no longer be offering burned DVD products for sale by physical delivery. From now on these titles only be available via download.

The reason for this change is constant problems with "burned" DVD quality. We will only sell "glass mastered" DVD's, these are the same type of DVD you buy of any Hollywood release at any retail shop.

This means that DH57 through DH87, DHM01 through DHM08, DHP01 through DHP05, plus DH07, DH10 and DH21 can be shipped on a physical DVD disc, ordered via this site. You can identify DVD's available on physical disk by those items marked with:

All other Hawke titles will be available for download only. You can identify DVD's available on physical disk by those items marked with:


Non-Hawke titles (some burned, some not) will be available until current stock on those titles is exhausted.

Please note: Not all titles available for download as of 10/2011. We are adding titles as fast as we can.

You can burn these downloaded files to DVD yourself. For those of you running Window 7 this is very easy. Basically Windows DVD Maker (part of Win7 itself) does an excellent job of burning DVD disks from any number of common video formats, including the WMV format we will be using. Personally I can't tell a difference between picture on our old-style burned DVD discs and one created by Windows DVD Maker from a wmv file. If you don't have Windows 7, there are a number of different products which will work with earlier versions of Windows. Just research them using your favorite search engine

As a special offer for long time customers, if you still have your order numbers for burned titles you previously purchased, send me an email with the burned titles (ant the order #'s) of discs you are having problems with and I will create a disc of .wmv files to replace those titles. Please be patient as each of these will be custom made.

As to our still shipped "glass mastered" DVD's, we will be cutting the price on all titles to only $19.95. For every four you purchase on a single order you may opt for one free disc (from this same "glass mastered" set). Due to the fact that we will be using Clips4Sale to sell our downloaded products, they will be priced at $26.99, since we must share revenue with Clips4Sale. Once our stock is gone, those titles will become unavailable. But don't worry, we still have lots of nearly all of these titles on hand.
