FAQs

1. Orders are shipped within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping method is normally USPS Priority Mail (Domestic) and Global Priority Mail (Overseas/Canada).

2. All Orders are shipped in Priority Mail Boxes (Domestic) and padded envelopes/boxes for Oversees. Only a simple return address will be used. They will not be stamped and any special marking so as not to draw attention to them.

3. BND Enterprises can not keep up with all the customs rules throughout the world. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the material meets their own countries custom laws. Refunds for products seized by customs are not given. If you want special instructions for us to ship to you i.e. "no return address" etc.. tell us in the comment section of the order form as you check out.

4. Please wait at least 3 weeks (21 days) before emailing about an order. With the holidays and different postal system throughout the world, mail can be slowed and sometimes lost. When you inquire about an order, please provide you name, date you ordered, Order number from the email invoice you received when you placed your order assuming you provided us must give us a valid email address). Lost packages will be replaced with identical material sent to the original address on the original order. This is not the case for seized material by your countries customs.

5. Currently we ship to all areas of the world unless we find that customs is seizing the work on a regular basis at which time we may stop shipping to the county.
